War exists in various attire with different interpretations everyday and everywhere. The war of power and money has been sanctified with defense and dignity of the nation and homeland in human’s mind and soul in order to blazon it sacred. Creators of this ominous phenomenon consider it a human and civil duty.

War is not a nation’s honor or their chivalry; but it is the glory, status and money of its leader (commander). How carnage and poverty which constrains a nation could be considered as glory and stability of another. This cannot be, unless drowned and desensitized by ignorance. In war, human’s humiliation means homeland defense; shame and hardship of one party means dignity and victory of the other. Bloodshed and destruction means patriotism. War and sanctions are confused by integrity and national pride and martyrdom in the name of god becomes the highest status. This is all an excuse for humanity to kill and be killed and form a ziggurat of money, power and tyranny bigger and bigger and more god-like. In the book of 21st century war, all these concepts find a whole new idiotic meaning (value). Stability Memorial, a symbol of years of sanctions forced upon Iran, is a 15 layered bronze sculpture, stacked on one another from large to small, like a holly pyramidal ziggurat. This memorial, is an ironic take on labeling a sinister act, as holly and sacred.

جنگ هر روز و هر جا به لباس و تعریفی جدید به کار است. در ذهن و روح و جهان آدمی، جنگی که شالوده آن پول و قدرت است را با کلامی چون دفاع و شرافت و ملت و میهن تطهیر کرده اند تا آن را قدسی بنمایند. برپادارندگان این شوم پدیده آن را وظیفه انسانی و شهروندی میشمارند. جنگ، عزت و شرف و دلیری یک ملت نیست؛ جلال و مقام و پول و قدرت یک زمامداراست. چگونه میتوان کشتار ملتی را یا فقر و تنگدستی و محدودیت آنها را عزت، سربلندی، پایداری، شرافت، جلال و مقام ملتی دیگر شمرد؟ نمیتوان مگر مسخ و ذوب در نابخردی شده باشیم. در جنگ، خفت و خواری آدمی یعنی دفاع از میهن. ننگ و ذلت یک طرف، یعنی عزت و پیروزی طرف دیگر، و ویرانی و خون یعنی شهامت و میهن پرستی. جنگ و تحریم میشود شرافت، پایداری، غرور ملی و میهنی و مقاومت، و شهادت در راه خدا میشود بالاترین جایگاه نزد مردمان. این همه تنها بهانه ایست که انسانها بکشند و بمیرند تا زیگوراتی از قدرت و پول و استبداد بزرگ و بزرگتر و خداگونه تر شود. تمام این مفاهیم در لغتنامه جنگ انسان قرن 21 ارزشی جدید و احمقانه به خود میگیرند. “یادمان پایداری” مجسمه ایست لایه لایه از نقشه ایران که در 15 لایه به نماد و نشانه های سالهای تحریم ایران، از بزرگ به کوچک بر هم چیده شده اند و به شکل زیگوراتی هرمی شکل و مقدس از جنس برنز در آمده‌اند. “یادمان پایداری” کنایه‌ایست به مقدس شمردن و قدسی نمودن پدیده‌ای شوم و نامقدس.
